Great food. Great staff. Incredible location.
Our bathroom was far too small for such a level of hotel.

The attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. The exclusivity
There seemed to be water marks on our ceiling - for a 5 star hotel we did not expect this

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
Really good service from friendly staff, with a convenient mobile to request anything. The fine lagoon views during sunsets create a magical atmosphere.
Limited dining menu variety for longer stays may disappoint returning guests, with a need for more options after a week of identical meals.

It was like an elegant yet rustic seaside place. There are only 11 suites and the one we stayed in was lovely with its own fireplace, private deck with our own hottub, towel warmer in the bathrrom etc. Very posh.
The staff was very attentive but sometimes they seemed nervous they were so worried that everything wouldn't be perfect. They have a great hotel. They should relax.

Consider asking for a guided tour of the local area to discover hidden gems that enhance the cultural experience beyond the hotel. It's worth it.

Our group had an very nice time! The staff were attentive, always ready to fulfill our requests. We explored the local oyster farms and enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool with amazing lagoon views. Don't miss the boat trip for fine scenery. Communication was seamless through WhatsApp.
One downside was the breakfast which could use improvement. It felt lacking compared to the rest of our meals.

The interior design at La Sultana struck me immediately. Every detail reflected exquisite Moroccan artistry. My Panorama Room had a good terrace, perfect for morning coffee. Soundproofing worked well. I barely heard anything from adjacent rooms. Staff offered great service. A WhatsApp function allowed me to reach them in minutes for any request. One evening, I asked for cocktails at the beach, and they set up a cozy fire for us. The indoor pool was lovely and perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. Meals highlighted fresh seafood, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The room's hot tub wasn't as private as I expected. It faced the main pathway, so I felt slightly exposed. On one occasion, payment for dinner took longer than anticipated. I preferred a clear itemized bill, but I only received a single receipt. The balance of luxury and local charm provided an lovely getaway. I'd go back, though I hope for quicker billing next time.

The staff was attentive. The panoramic views from our room's terrace were relaxing, and the beach access allowed us to explore the beautiful tidal lagoon effortlessly.
The breakfast could use a bit of variety, as it felt repetitive after a few days. And the payment process for meals took longer than expected.

Had an amazing time with my family. The private patio in our room was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool and soothing spa treatments. One tiny hiccup was the billing process, which could take a bit longer than expected. Definitely check out the local oyster farm tour if you get the chance! 🦪

While the room was generally cozy, I found some amenities to be lacking compared to the price tag, specifically the hot tub, which wasn't as private as I hoped. Occasionally, it seemed like the hotel's exclusivity came off a bit overbearing. I wanted to explore the architecture but was met with restrictions without prior appointments. After a hefty dinner, I expected a straightforward process with itemized billing, yet I was left waiting with only a receipt, a tad frustrating, to say the least.

This hotel located on the Atlantic coast offers a slice of paradise with amazing views of the waters edge and lagoon. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with antiques, fireplaces, and private balconies. the service is impeccable, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure guests are happy. the food is divine, and the breakfast is amazing with a variety of options.
The hotel may not be suitable for budget travelers due to its luxurious amenities.

Beautiful location and stunning views. the sea breeze was refreshing and there was plenty of space to relax outside. the spa treatments were fantastic and the staff were attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed the fresh seafood.
Although the hotel was lovely, there was very little to do when the weather turned bad. We also found the prices to be quite steep for what was on offer.
